Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

1. Ensure the sheathing substrate (OSB, coated OSB, or plywood) is properly fastened, structurally sound, and free of debris.
2. All penetrations, window and door rough openings, and transitions should be pre-flashed with XtremeFlashing™ Tape and XtremeSealant™ / BrunnoSeal® per Tamlyn's flashing details prior to WRB installation.

Installation

1. Install TamlynWrap Rainscreen 10.1 starting at the base of the wall, working horizontally and lapping upper courses over lower courses per standard WRB installation practice.
2. Fasten using cap fasteners throughout — cap fasteners are required per the warranty terms.
3. Seams should be taped with XtremeSeam™ Tape to maintain WRB continuity.
4. Use XtremeCorners™ or approved bowtie methods at corners.
5. Limit UV exposure to a maximum of 120 days before covering with cladding.

Cladding Installation
