For years the big box store buckets have been getting thinner and more expensive. We mix somewhat stiffer mortar for tuck pointing. Too many times I have had the five gallon bucket crack on the first day if not the first use. Money down the drain. I bought three of these months ago and use them a lot. They are holding up great!
