Granite Cutting Saw for straight and 45 degree cutting

Do you love Achilli Products, but want a slightly smaller saw check out Achilli AFR 300 C Manual Bridge Saw

The Achilli TFR A Granite and Stone Bridge Saw is the perfect solution for a shop producing 1-2 Kitchens per day.
Or for high production shops that need extra cutting and fabrication speed.
The TFR A Bridge Saw is excellent for production work.

This Granite and Stone Bridge Tilts at a 45 Degree for full length angle cuts. The head of the saw doesn't tilt. But the entire beam system will tilt. This is a true advantage because there are no bearings, or moving parts on the bridge of the saw or the motor that can loosen to lose the exact miter cut. The Achilli TFR A Bridge Saw has two knobs that you will loosen. Then the entire bridge will easily rotate to a 45 degree.

The Achilli TFR A Bridge Saw comes standard with Pop-up Rollers. The hydraulic pop up rollers allow the stone to be easily moved, turned, and positioned on the TFR. You will be amazed at how much easier these pop up rollers make loading and adjusting the stone counter tops and slabs.

Also included is the the Water tank and recycling pump for the TFR Bridge Saw. The Water Tanks sets underneath the saw and resent back to the blade to conserve water. This reduces water use, keeps the flow of water controlled, and ensures the correct flow of water to the blade. The water tank and water pump bolts to the Achilli TFR frame. It does not sit on the floor. This allows the floor to be cleaned underneath the saw. Plus this pushes the tank closer to the saw bed to recover the majority of water. Also by being bolted to the machine, it keeps the tank and pump from being damaged. The pump will automatically turn on when the main motor is started and will turn off when the motor shuts off.

The Achilli TFR A Bridge Saw accepts 10", 12" and 14"

The Achilli TFR Bridge Saw also includes side extensions that can be mounted on either side of the TFR. This allows a total width of 56", easily accommodating full slabs.

A standard feature of the Achilli TFR A Bridge Saw is the Laser that comes with it. This premium grade laser is the same laser used on all of the Achilli Bridges Saws

The Achilli TFR A comes with a separate motor for Z Axis blade height adjustment with power adjustment from the control panel. This allows step cutting, plunge cutting, and depth control for straight and miter cuts.

The Control Panel that mounts onto the TFR offers full operational control of the saw.

  1. Emergency Safety on/off button
  2. X Axis travel. Automatic travel with variable speed control. X axis travel can be stopped at the end of the cut,
  3. Z Axis blade height raise and lower adjustment. Power Y axis adjustment for blade height and plunge cut.
  4. Laser on/off button
  5. Main motor on/off
  6. Reset

The Achilli TFR A Bridge Saw comes with very stout 5.5 HP motor. This motor will power through 3cm material without slowing down or losing power.
