KL9000FLL BARRIER LIFT - PATENT: 6331025

The KL9000FLL Barrier Lift handles Florida Low Profile Wall. It has a 9000 pound capacity and a 12 to 19 inch grip range. The KL9000FL was designed specifically for the Florida Low Profile wall and should be used for it only. It hooks up quickly with our recommended RigMax. The machine operator can unload wall directly from the truck and set the KL12000FLL jersey barrier clamp into position.

The Barrier Lift automatically grabs and releases the wall. Just position and rest the lifter onto the wall top. This causes the 'actuator' to work, thus beginning the lifting process. The scissor grab lifting clamps fit tightly onto the wall surface without need for auxiliary hydraulic hookups. The swiveling pad angles adjust to match the slope of the wall. The elastomer pads securely grab onto the concrete surface. The lifter grips the wall firmly as it is raised and placed into position. Once the wall has been set firmly back on the ground and tension is released, the tongs release automatically. This action continues with each cycle.
