Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing longer than normal transit times and are unable to guarantee delivery times. If you have a special request, please contact us to see if you qualify for a RUSH ORDER

Shipping from DTS Policy

12PM EST is the same day shipping cut off time.

DTS ships from a variety of carriers including: UPS, US Postal Service, FedEx and DHL. Please contact us to see if you require a specific carrier. Additional fees may apply.

Transit times are not guaranteed.

Expedited services are available (excluding chemicals). Contact us for more details.

Day of order processing is not considered as a day in transit.

Shipping transit times are business days, only. Weekends are not applicable unless a Saturday service has been requested.

Refusal of delivery will result in additional fees to redeliver.

 Factory Direct Shipments (Drop Ship) Policy

To confirm availability and lead time, please contact us or call 1-800-342-3876 for more information.

Lead times may vary based on availability, ship from location and delivery address.

‘Lead time’ is days to process; pack and arrange an order for shipment. Lead time does not include shipping time.

If you refuse an order or provide an inaccurate address, this will result in additional shipping fees and/or additional days in transit.

LTL Policy

Residential addresses must be disclosed at time of order. Additional fees may apply.

Commercial sites must be a commercially zoned address with truck access and with accessible loading dock or forklift on site at time of delivery.

*Additional fees may apply if:

  • Carrier deems the address given to be residential
  • Liftgate services were not originally requested
  • Redelivery is required (Receiver not available at time of delivery)
  • Appointment time is requested (Commercial addresses will not require a delivery appointment. Residential addresses that are disclosed ahead of time will call ahead before delivery)

If shipment arrives severely damaged or tampered, you must notate at time of delivery. Please refuse the delivery and do not sign for the package. Contact us right away at 1-800-342-3876.

Will Call Policy

Will-Call options may be available for select items. Please contact us for more details.

Will-Call pick ups must have designated PU number. Please contact us if a PU number has not been assigned to you.

Accurate receiver information must be provided at time of order processing. If you need to make changes to your contact information, please contact us.

Will-Call pick ups will only be released to designated pick up name with PU number.

Failure to pick up within 3 business days once confirmed pick up time is available may result in additional storage fees.

International Order Policy

DTS ships worldwide via variety of logistics partners. If you require a specific carrier, please contact us to see if available in your region.

All international orders require additional handling to ensure accurate processing:

All shipping is FOB. Receiver is responsible for all duties and applicable taxes.

LTL shipments – Customer must provide their freight forwarders complete information at time of order.

The following information will be required prior to shipping an international order:

  • Written request for all items
  • Verified and agreed upon payment method. Prepayment required. Wire transfer may be requested from DTS.
  • If shipping to freight forwarder: Domestic delivery address, contact information and export documents

Shipping Terms

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • DTS is not liable for any inaccurate or insufficient information. This may result in additional shipping fees
  • All shipping fees are FOB. DTS does not pay for customs, duties/taxes
