Returns and Exchanges
Please note that all chemical products are non refundable. We accept returns up to 30 days on unused merchandise. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%, based upon condition and brand. DTS is not responsible for return shipping unless an error has been made.
Please contact us by email@example.com or 800-342-3876 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without an RMA number.
Cancellations and Changes
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us by firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-342-3876 immediately should you have any cancellation requests and/or changes made to your order.
If an incorrect address has been entered, please contact us to make the change before the order has been processed. If the order has already shipped, customer will be responsible for any interception or address changes.
Damaged items in shipping
All orders are carefully examined before shipment. If you receive an item damaged, notify the delivery person immediately. Do not discard and of the box, packing material, or broken items.
Orders that arrive by truck line: Please examine your order prior to signing the delivery order. If you notice any damage to the shipment, make a note of it on the delivery order and contact us immediately to rectify the situation at 800-342-3876. We will ask for photos to be sent to begin a claim. Photos of damage can be sent to email@example.com
